Delete your account and data

Many of our apps store data only on your device. Deleting the app removes that data.

If you have an account or cloud data

Email support@trapnet.work from the address on your account with the app name. We delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Account profile, synced data and analytics identifiers linked to you. We may keep purchase records where law requires.
